Don’t get us wrong, osCommerce is a great platform for a shopping cart.  That is why we use it as a base for our ecommerce sites that we develop for customers.  But like other software, it still has its fair share of bugs.  But unlike paid software, there is no official support available for osCommerce.  Companies such as CRE Loaded, which sells modified versions of osCommerce, offer support, but only if you don’t modify the cart.  Once you install a contribution, they void the support agreement.  OpenWeb picks up where they leave off, and gives you VIP support.   Whether you have a standard osCommerce cart or a heavily modified osCommerce cart, we will support it for you.
