Purchasing an OpenWeb Technologies maintenance and support contract entitles you to technical support, in the event that you need assistance.  No more having to go to community forums for help with your osCommerce site.  You can now enjoy complete peace of mind in the knowledge that should you run into any problems, our dedicated support team of developers are here to help. 

What we support

• Using and configuring osCommerce using the options available out-of-the-box.
• Installation of new patches
• Troubleshooting and diagnosis of bugs
• Bugs concerning custom modules designed and installed by OpenWeb Technologies.

What we do not support

• Using osCommerce outside of the minimum or essential system requirements
• Custom modules, not standard to the osCommerce platform or flavors of the osCommerce platform.  We have special support packages for these problems, please click here to learn more.
• Third-party applications that are deemed to be interfering with the functionality of osCommerce. We have special support packages for these problems; please click here to learn more.

What is not included in support

• Customizing modules, customizing templates, or any re-programming of functionality of the osCommerce platform. If you need these services, please click here.

Includes all Standard Support Limitations with the additional services of supporting custom modules or custom code that is not standard to the osCommerce platform or flavors of the osCommerce platform and not developed by OpenWeb.

VIP support will also cover you if you are having problem with third party applications.

VIP support cases are billed on a case by case scenario.  There is a $99 diagnosis fee, that the support agent will use to determine what is causing the problem with your software.  Once the problem is determined, the amount of hours to fix the problem will be estimated and presented to you for approval.  Our hourly rate for VIP support cases is $65/ hr.
